Marketing Designer: India


We’re seeking a marketing designer to drive all aspects of Ford Pro Charging’s visual communications as we head into our next period of growth. You’ll be an integral part of the marketing team, working alongside product marketing, digital and brand, and UI/UX product designers and product managers to produce world-class assets for print and digital, and ensure that all deliverables have a consistent look and feel. Using your expertise in typography, colour, layout, and image manipulation, you will create visually appealing designs that clearly communicate our core product offerings to our customers. You will conceptualize and develop creative, high quality marketing content that helps amplify our story and drive growth.

What you will be doing:
  • Design creative assets from beginning to end with clear ideas, concepts, and designs
  • Establish a cohesive, integrated brand perception through collaboration with other designers
  • Translate information about the business and customers into visually appealing, easy-to-understand, and emotionally impactful designs
  • Develop and maintain a digital asset management system to ensure all marketing imagery, stock photos, and other assets are easily accessible
  • Stay up to date with the latest standards, processes, and trends in visual design
  • Collaborate and engage stakeholders to provide design feedback and guidance, including product design, illustrators, vendors/agencies and partners
  • Driving end to end implementation of multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing business needs and managing expectations of stakeholders

The minimum requirement we seek:
  • Someone who believes that good design plays a crucial role in solving all problems. In design, you take into account not only how things look and feel, but how processes evolve as well. Even the most mundane tasks from day-to-day life can be simplified through design. You love products and breaking down complex solutions with creative story telling.

Our preferred requirements:
  • A portfolio of original and ground-breaking work, focusing on brand design, visual graphics, web and cross-channel media
  • Design experience of 3+ years with an ability to develop innovative ideas across a wide range of media
  • Working knowledge of graphic design, branding, photography, and art direction as they relate to print, digital, and motion
  • A strong communicator who can articulate ideas clearly, engage in healthy debates, and accept directional feedback
  • Humble, collaborative, and happy to brainstorm alongside, accept feedback from, and lead teams of internal and external partners to solve creative problems
  • Ability to jump into projects, execute quickly to requirements without compromising quality design 
  • Excellent organization skills to file work in a way that can be shared with the team
  • Understanding of creative briefs and campaign development, website design, corporate branding, product packaging, advertising, and multimedia design
  • Excellent skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office suite
  • Good to have: Skills in Figma and Sketch, video editing, and experience with motion Design
