Recruiting Manager

Overview

As the Recruiting Manager, you will support forecasting of talent needs, strategize on how to meet hiring demands, and creatively source world-class talent to continue to support the growth of the Electriphi team. You will be create, execute, and teach recruitment strategies that will grow and support our global team while also helping to directly source talent. With an emphasis on business growth, you will advise and consult leaders on how to hire quality employees, and manage relationships with third party firms as needed. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership team to align recruiting priorities with business needs
  •  Develop and deliver recruitment strategies and recommendations based on exceptional data analysis and metrics-driven execution
  • Develop scalable and streamlined interview processes to qualify candidates in an effective way
  •  Inform and support development of the employee journey from Source, Offer, Onboard through to Alumni
  • Own and report recruiting metrics to the leadership team
  •  Partner closely with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team and key operating partners, to ensure there is a healthy collaboration with recruiting and all team members
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors such as RPO, independent consultants, search firms, etc.
  •  Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and be a reliable talent resource for hiring managers

 

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School or GED
  • 5+ years of Recruiting and/or Project Management experience
  • 2+ years managerial experience leading recruiting teams\

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting in the Software and/ or technology space plus
  • 3+ years of In-house Recruitment experience
  • Prior experience supporting a start-up through rapid scaling/ growth
  • Experience growing a recruiting function from startup to scale
  • Proven success managing difficult searches, juggling competing priorities, and handling high requisition loads in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
  • Demonstrated background in recruitment strategy, conception and development supported by operational depth
  • Organizational, communication, leadership and client service skills
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Experience building and optimizing recruiting infrastructure (e.g., recruiting strategy, budget, tools)
