Electriphi is honored to be named in the top 3 technology startups across North America at the Commercial Vehicle Clean Technologies Challenge for 2019! Hosted in Denver, CO at the Governor's house this year's inaugural CVCC was hosted by Colorado Cleantech Industries Association (CCIA) and the North American Council for Freight Efficiency (NACFE).
The competition is developed in partnership with an internationally recognized team of industry leaders, including Great Dane, UPS, Schneider Trucks, Kenworth, Xcel, Woodward, Toyota, Clean Cities, Rocky Mountain Institute, CALSTART and NREL.
An international team of judges spent the day listening to pitches by nine companies, after which they reviewed and voted on the winners. Business solutions presented included electric fleet platooning technology, a novel way to produce NH3 from renewable sources, and others.
Colorado Governor Jared Polis was on hand to congratulate the teams and meet the sponsors for the event, which matches innovative clean technologies with executives in the commercial vehicle and trucking industry.
